Service Commitment


Pre-sales service
(1) The company shall provide users with a detailed introduction to the product’s performance, intended uses, operating methods, and quality status.
(2) Provide customers with detailed product specifications, including test reports and product certifications.
(3) The company has established a service hotline to answer users’ questions and resolve any issues related to product usage. The domestic service hotline number is: 400-720-5194.
 
In-sales service
(1) For customers who cooperate directly with the company, the company needs to register customer information and complete the user service tracking card.
(2) For all newly acquired customers, the Marketing Department will contact them by phone within three days of delivery to inquire about the status of goods receipt and acceptance, including whether the product quality meets the customer’s requirements, the mode of transportation, packaging conditions, and any other requirements the customer may have. If requested by the customer, we can arrange for the product to be delivered directly to the customer’s location and provide on-site instruction on how to use the product as well as its technical specifications.
(3) The company’s customers must be visited (or contacted by phone) at least once per month to solicit feedback and address any issues raised by users.

After-sales service
(1) When users encounter quality issues with our company’s products, we will respond to customer complaints within one business day. Service personnel must arrive on-site and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
(2) If the product has quality issues, our company will take full responsibility for returns and exchanges until the customer is satisfied.
(3) All costs incurred in addressing product quality issues, including any losses caused to customers, shall be borne by our company.
